1. Service Categories

Our services fall into the following categories:

  • Project-Based Services: WordPress development, funnel building
  • Ongoing Services: Facebook ads management, monthly retainers
  • Consulting Services: One-time consultations and strategy sessions

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement:

  • If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund of the advance payment minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.

After Project Commencement:

  • Once work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any deliverables completed will be provided to you.

For Ongoing Services (Ads Management, Retainers):

  • A 15-day written notice is required to cancel ongoing services.
  • Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable
  • Work will continue until the end of the notice period.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

  • Service not delivered as per the agreed scope (after reasonable revision requests)
  • Cancellation before project commencement (minus administrative fee)
  • Technical issues from our end that prevent service delivery

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by client’s failure to provide required materials or feedback
  • Services already rendered and approved
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, ad spend, premium themes/plugins)
  • Business results not meeting expectations (as results cannot be guaranteed)

Partial Refunds:

In cases where partial work has been completed, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work delivered relative to the total project scope.

4. Refund Process

  2. Include your name, project details, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be made through the original payment method

5. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds processed through payment gateways (Razorpay, Instamojo, Cashfree) are subject to their respective processing times and policies:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 business days
  • UPI: 2-4 business days
  • Wallets: 1-3 business days

Note: Processing times are estimates and may vary based on the payment gateway and banking institutions involved.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled as per the governing law mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The policy applicable to your purchase will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
